1. Wash the area you want to bleach with soap and cold water, then gently dry it.
2. Mix 2 spatulas of skin bleach cream with half a spatula (about 2 pinches) of powder activator in a bowl
3. Use spatula to apply the mixture evenly, covering all hair
4. Leave the mixture on for 15 mins
5. Rinse off the bleach with water and gently pat the area dry
6. Avoid using soap on the bleached area for the next 6 hours
