1. Wash the area you want to bleach with soap and cold water, then gently dry it. 2. Mix 2 spatulas of skin bleach cream with half a spatula (about 2 pinches) of powder activator in a bowl. 3. Use spatula to apply the mixture evenly, covering all the hair. 4. Leave the mixture on for 15 minutes. 5. Rinse off the bleach with water & gently pat the area dry. 6. Avoid using soap on the bleached area for the next 6 hours
