Is there a cost for store pickup or minimum purchase amount?

Our store pickup service is free and min order values is INR 200.

Are any products excluded from store pickup?

Yes, there are a few products that are excluded from the store pick-up option. You can check the availability through the pin code check on the product page.

Are store pickup orders eligible for Cash on Delivery?

Sadly No. Currently, we are not offering cash on delivery for your store pickup orders.

How long will it take between placing an order and being able to pick up?

Products are available for store pick within 4 working days from date of order . You can check the estimated pickup date at the time of checkout on the product page. We’ll send an Email & SMS to you when your order is ready. Our team will work as quickly and safely as possible to process orders as they’re received.

What if I want to return my store pickup order?

All return requests can be initiated through our customer support on Boddess.com . You can reach out to our support team via chat or Call us at +91 7303395449 | (Mon to Sun, 9AM to 6PM)

What if I miss my window for store pickup?

You’ll have fifteen days to pick up your order. If you can’t make it, your order will be cancelled automatically and your amount will be refunded to the original payment source. You’d then have to place a new order.

Can someone other than me pick up my order?

Yes, when they are picking up, they’ll need to have the order confirmation email and their ID.

Can I add to my order when I get to the store?

Items can’t be added to a pickup order, however, once you arrive at the store, you can purchase additional items that you need in a separate transaction form the store

Is there a designated pickup spot outside the store?

No. All orders will be handed to customers from our store. Our team will help you through the entire process once you reach to our retail store
